Herb Valley Glucosamine Sulphate Complex 1000 contains 750mg of glucosamine sulphate stabilised in a potassium chloride complex.

The main role of glucosamine is to stimulate the synthesis of glucosaminoglycans which are important for joint lubrication. It plays a vital role in maintaining cartilage, the gel-like material that cushions joints.

Glucosamine sulphate can also promote the incorporation of sulphur into cartilage. This is important as sulphur can inhibit the enzymes involved in the destruction of the cartilage.

Recommended Daily Dosage

Adults and Children over 12 years:

Take one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening with food.

Or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
